Nobody’s been named yet. My theory is that the White House was happy with the way McClellan did his job, but in doing his job Scotty lost his credibility. So now he’s a cog that got worn out by constantly rubbing against the truth. The replacement won’t be any better at controlling the news cycle, but a fresh face is needed because nobody believes anything McClellan says anymore.
