Florida Hates Gays
February 28th, 2008 by Nick the News GuyWhile visiting Florida, Janice Langbehn of Olympia, Washington, was denied visitation rights at the hospital for eight hours when her partner of 18 years collapsed suddenly . When her partner died, Langbehn tried to get her death certificate in order to get life insurance and Social Security benefits for their children. She was denied both by the State of Florida and the Dade County Medical Examiner.
What kind of sadistic monster puts a grieving woman through that kind of torment, just because she’s gay?
