Must be pretty boring out there this morning sgo. Your post was about as big a mountain made out of about as small a molehill as I’ve ever seen.
This country needs to-absolutely MUST-stop leaks of classified information. Check the efforts of Clinton, H.W. Bush and Carter before him if you’re thinking “Big Brother” was birthed in this administation. Surely all the bat flap about Libby stemmed centered around one of the “leaks” you were so upset about.
Ask the average American whether it’s right for a newspaper or other medium to disclose national security secrets to or enemies and see what kind of answer you get.
Both don’t bother pulling up any of the polls on the NSA gnat swarm since the question was never asked that way.
Why, you may ask, WASN’T the question asked that way?
BEEEEcause the assholes who disclosed the classified information are the same assholes who conducted the poll.

The issue is not about leaking classified information. It’s all about shutting up whistle blowers - hiding illegal activities - subverting the laws - consolidating power and suppressing the truth.

What you say on other postings is between you and the post owner BRT - any trollery on my posts, including but not limited to foul language, will lead to your being trexed again.
This is a freewheeling kind of place and there’s room for everybody, how LA, Joe, Jimmy, et al choose to express themselves on their postings is entirely up to them.
The standards both of language and behaviour that apply on my posts are my standards of what is acceptable and those who are incapable of meeting those standards should avoid commenting on them.

Goebbels? I thought you were the one who objected to flinging around the unwarranted Nazi comparisons.
And did you stop to think about what you were writing? Would Goebbels object to using intimidation tactics against dissenters? If you really object to Goebbels and company, why aren’t you supporting the people who are shining a spotlight on your government?
And please, for the sake of decency, leave Goebbels out of it if your reply to this is going to be another denunciation of the “enemy within.”
